Abstract: Conditions of Contract developed by International Federation of Consulting Engineers are standards of contracts for the construction and engineering works recommended for use in the international investment projects. Member States of EU benefiting from the funds of the European Union are urged to use the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, because they enable the standardization of investment management and facilitate monitoring and verification of use of EU funds.
