Title: Studies of the impact the shape of the rock-fill sill to the flow distribution

Abstract: Stone permeable hydrotechnical structures are used in hydroengineering because of its high durability and resistance to external factors, and also due to their natural advantages and low implementation cost. They are used as watercourse bank strengthening and on the river beds as the swift and slipway form or permeable damming sills. The thesis includes laboratory tests of the flow conditions on stone-fill weirs. The study included four variants for trapezoidal permeable sill made in a rectangular measurement flume. The paper presents the forms of the overflow and seepage flow through the permeable sill body. The conditions of the total flow distribution to overflow and infiltration were also determined.
