Abstract: The article presents the methodology of classifying Polish voivodships with regards to selected indicators, such as the value of construction and assembly production, the number of people employed in the construction industry, the population of a given voivodship and the number of people injured in occupational accidents. Cluster analysis available in Statistica software was used to solve the problem.
