Abstract: The paper presents the selected aspects of the construction of a tool for planning the work of assembly machines in the construction of prefabricated cubature buildings. The solution of the problem is based on mathematical models supporting both the selection of transport means for carrying out the transport task and the selection of lifting equipment to perform the assembly task. The functional structure of the developed tool, the scope of research and a description of the planner’s cooperation with the computer system are presented.
