Abstract: Groundwater drought leads to the lowering of the ground water level and affects the functioning of whole ecosystems. This is why the determination of areas most exposure to drought. For the purposes of the study, a multi-layer model was created with use of AHP and GIS method. It constitutes a basis for the determination of areas characterised by various levels of exposure to groundwater drought (within classes I–IV). The analysis was prepared basing on data from the Lower Odra river and the Western Pomerania Region.
