Abstract: The paper undertaken subject of complex engineering problems associated ago multi-underground garages. An analysis of selected problems manifest themselves in garages during the exploitation was done. Design and implementation of objects which function are underground garages is most often associated with serious engineering issues. For structural reasons to frequently occurring faults in garages may include fracture of the bottom slab and intermediate floors resulting from improper design of reinforcement, concrete shrinkage, lack of expansion joints or incorrectly adopted soil-water conditions.
