Abstract: Under floor plumbing technology system of grease food catering facilities after 10 years of operation has been soiled and deformation. After digging out, it turned out that the pipe and backfill soils are flooded. Geotechnical studies have shown that the cause of flooding are rain water and water from subsurface as well as from fine sand layer. They infiltrated the foundation backfill in precinct. Soils adjacent to the sewage system are loamy sands and sandy clays in plastic firm and soft plastic states. Microcracks occur due to settling of internal walls, of the building. Sewage was qualified for replacement. In order to prevent re-undercuts drainage was proposed. It will be protected from clogging the duallayer filter reaching to the bottom floor. Two structures have also been proposed to install server pipes in the channel technology. First system was proposed in cohesive soils with two-layer filter for drain and single-layer filter for channel, however in sandy soils second system as only-layer filter for drain
