Title: Identification and evaluation of factors affecting the performance of construction workers

Abstract: The article describes the factors affecting the performance of construction workers. There was posted a review of the current world literature, along with the identification of each factor. The individual elements have been arranged and classified into five extended sets. To assess the significance of the elements was used a questionnaire filled in by stuff supervising construction projects. Feedbacks were averaged and presented in the chart. There was also performed the evaluation of the results in terms of the size of the companies in which the respondent was employed. Total research and evaluation were recognized in the form of conclusions.
