Abstract: In this paper threats from negligence of cyclic loading on footings by authors of Eurocode 7 as cause of weakness or loss mechanical properties was presented. “Shakedown” and Brakan’s models which describe behavior of soil under cyclic loading was presented as example of behavior which soils perform during numerous of load. Barkan’s model base on constants of compression and shear which can obtain by coefficient of elastic uniform compression (Cu). Way to define Cu constant based on Young modulus. Barkan’s model describe soil as spring and by this cause authors of this paper propose change of Young modulus E equivalent to resilient modulus MR which can be obtain from cCBR test.
