Abstract: This paper presents reasons of excessive rise in ground water level and for manners of dewatering solutions ie. wall point two wells on the type concrete wells with suction-force pumps, concrete two wells drilled with a diameter of 0,032 min the bottom and wells of submersible pumps with float control, well of depressive pit depth 16 m with submersible pump, low-pressure injection of the level of the floor and foundation well. The solutions were in effective, the soil was distanced from under the building by pumped water and floor pole supporting the root ware settled. Geotechnical study has shown that after dewatering, soil under strip footing was in loose state. To improve foundation seditions jet grouting and peripheral drainage were proposed.
