Abstract: This article describes basics of Critical Chain concept and Buffer Management, an approach to project management that comes from the Theory of Constraints. CCPM is a method with based on this concept. This article points how to define place and the size of buffers to protect the due date and the critical chain on building object with their specificity. This information’s were presented in concrete computational example of office building “ Globis” in Wrocław.
