Title: Hydraulic characteristics of Jaktorów weir on Pisia Tuczna River

Abstract: The paper presents results of analyses hydraulic conditions of flow of weir in Jaktorów storied water for intake on fishing pond in Agricultural Institution the Experimental WULS. During the field inspection was made measurements: construction elements of weir, cross section on the length of storage in downstream and upstream. Flow capacity calculation of weir has been executed for different case of flow transmission. Conditions for energy dissipation were also estimated. Weir flow is limited for capacity of downstream. Despite it the weir is possibly conduct flood discharge for storage water level without over flow from channel. Due of to short stilling basin it is made difficult safe transmission of flood discharge.
